Toyota is the best at customer service, but know that everything can always be better, they wanted to learn from the best client service representatives in Norway, regardless of industry. So, Toyota and P4 Norway’s made a challenge: to find Norways best customer experience. Everyone was invited to submit their stories on Norgesbestekundeopplevelse.no and every day, one of the great service representatives was tested live on P4. The winner a tip with Hurtigruten to a value of 50,000.
