That way they could easily and clearly show their friends that they are donors while getting more people aware and hopefull take a stand on issue of organ donation. In addition to the name change you could, from the website, easily put your letters as your profile picture, add ‘became an organ donor’ to your Facebook life events and share your story.

After just a few days we had received several thousand letters. It gave life to enough stories to fill a whole page with ‘life’-ads for organ donation day.
